Financial Year Ending 31st July 2026
Introduction
Brightside Enterprises Ltd (Sentrama), is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We recognise our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implement effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our operations or our supply chains.
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our annual modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st July 2026.
Our Business
Sentrama is a UK-based outbound sales and demand generation company. Operating under Brightside Enterprises Ltd, we specialise in helping businesses build predictable pipelines of qualified meetings using data, technology, people, and strategy.
We operate primarily in the UK but support clients internationally. Our workforce is UK-based, supplemented by selected suppliers and technology partners across various geographies.
Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains include:
- Providers of technology platforms, data enrichment, and software.
- Professional service providers (legal, HR, finance).
- Marketing and communications suppliers.
- Office equipment and support services.
While our business model does not involve manufacturing or large-scale overseas production, we recognise that risks can exist in extended supply chains, particularly where labour-intensive services or international outsourcing are concerned.
Our Policies
We have adopted a Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy that underpins our approach to preventing exploitation and ensuring transparency. This includes:
- Zero tolerance for slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chains.
- Clear responsibilities for staff and suppliers.
- Reporting and whistleblowing channels to raise concerns.
Due Diligence & Risk Management
To prevent modern slavery and human trafficking, we:
- Conduct risk-based due diligence on suppliers, with particular attention to those providing labour or operating in high-risk regions.
- Include modern slavery compliance clauses in supplier contracts.
- Reserve the right to terminate relationships with suppliers or partners who fail to uphold our standards.
- Carry out ongoing monitoring of key suppliers and partners.
Training & Awareness
- We provide training to staff involved in procurement, supplier management, and HR to help them identify risks of modern slavery.
- Awareness materials are shared with all staff, emphasising the importance of vigilance.
Reporting & Whistleblowing
- Staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns confidentially.
- We ensure that whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.
Effectiveness & Next Steps
We measure our effectiveness through:
- The proportion of suppliers assessed for modern slavery risks.
- The inclusion of anti-slavery clauses in contracts.
- The number of staff trained annually.
For the next financial year, we will:
- Expand supplier audits and assessments.
- Strengthen training and awareness across our business.
- Continue to improve reporting mechanisms for employees and partners.
