Introduction

Brightside Enterprises Ltd (Sentrama), is committed to conducting all of its business in an honest and ethical manner. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, and we are dedicated to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

This statement is made in line with the requirements of the UK Bribery Act 2010 and sets out the steps we take to prevent bribery and corruption within our organisation and supply chains.

Our Business

Sentrama is a UK-based outbound sales and demand generation company. We help businesses grow through ethical, data-driven, and technology-enabled sales solutions. Integrity and trust are central to how we work with our clients, employees, and partners.

Our Policy & Principles

We will not tolerate any form of bribery, whether direct or indirect, and whether offered or received. This includes:

  • Giving, offering, or promising a bribe.
  • Requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting a bribe.
  • Facilitation payments (small payments to secure routine government action).
  • Kickbacks or any other improper advantage.

All employees, contractors, and business partners are expected to comply fully with our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy.

Risk Assessment & Due Diligence

  • We assess bribery risks across our operations and supply chain.
  • We carry out proportionate due diligence on suppliers, contractors, and partners, especially those operating in higher-risk jurisdictions or sectors.
  • All contracts contain clauses requiring compliance with anti-bribery laws and allowing termination for breaches.

Training & Awareness

  • We provide training to employees to ensure they understand the risks of bribery and how to act if faced with improper approaches.
  • Employees working in roles with higher exposure to bribery risks (e.g. sales, procurement, partner management) receive additional targeted training.

Reporting & Whistleblowing

  • Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report any suspicions or incidents of bribery in confidence.
  • We protect whistleblowers from retaliation.

Monitoring & Effectiveness

We monitor compliance with our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy by:

  • Tracking training completion rates.
  • Reviewing supplier and partner due diligence records.
  • Investigating and addressing any reported concerns.

Commitment & Next Steps

In the coming year, Sentrama will:

  • Review and refresh our bribery risk assessments.
  • Expand supplier due diligence where needed.
  • Continue training staff to ensure awareness remains high.

Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Brightside Enterprises Ltd (Sentrama) on Monday 22nd September 2025. It will be reviewed and updated annually.
