Opportunities are the platform-wide average of 45 per 100 leads: about 14 SQLs and 31 MQLs, rounded to whole numbers at each volume. Observed on over 600,000 pitches delivered through the platform. Minimum term four months, because a market cannot be read in one month.

Against hiring an SDR or outsourcing

An SDR you hire works the same funnel we do. We start with the same list as everyone else. You only pay for the prospects who pick up the phone.

Sentrama
£6,750
150 leads, contracted. The number is in the contract, and a shortfall is credited forward.
Hiring in-house
£8,250 to £11,250
1.5 fully loaded SDRs. 45 to 150 prospects pick up each month. No guaranteed volume.
Outsourced SDRs
£12,750 to £17,250
1.5 FTEs at market rates. You buy the days, not the conversations. No guaranteed volume.

Same volume, bought three ways. In-house is the effective cost per productive month: salary and on-costs, plus recruitment, three months of ramp before a rep produces anything, replacement every 1.9 years on average, data and dialler licences, and a share of a manager. That works out at £5,500 to £7,500 a month per SDR, against a payroll line of about £4,200 to £5,400, at 30 to 100 prospects who pick up the phone per SDR per month. If you already run a team, your marginal cost for one more rep is lower. Outsourced assumes £8,500 to £11,500 a month per FTE, a market reference as at September 2026. Ramp and tenure from the Bridge Group 2025 SDR report.

Against paid search and social

Google and LinkedIn sell you impressions, then clicks, and you hope a form submission comes out the end. We sell an agreed monthly lead volume contracted.

Sentrama
£6,750
150 leads on the phone, contracted. The price is agreed before the first dial and does not move with an auction.
Google Search
c.£15,750
150 form fills at c.£105 each. A request to be contacted, after you have won the click. Somebody still has to call them.
LinkedIn Ads
c.£24,750
150 form fills at c.£165 each. Auction pricing, so a competitor entering your market moves it.

The same volume, priced against the channel you already buy. Sentrama is the contracted price at this volume. The other channels are estimates built from 2026 published medians (GrowthSpree) at $1 = £0.75: Meta c.£83, Google Search c.£105, webinars c.£113, LinkedIn Ads c.£165, in-person events c.£488 per lead. Their lead is a form fill, a registration or a badge scan; ours is your ICP, who picks up the phone, with the recording attached.

Minimum contract 4 months. Opportunity figures are platform-wide averages, not a forecast for your campaign.

Frequently asked questions.

What does it cost?
A fixed price per lead, agreed before you commit: £70 at 50 a month, £55 at 100, £45 at 150 and £40 at 200.
At 150 leads a month that is £6,750. On the platform-wide average of 45 opportunities per 100 leads, around £100 an opportunity.
Minimum term four months, because a market cannot be read in one month.
What exactly is a Sentrama lead?
A named person in your ICP who picks up the phone, whom our SDRs will attempt to pitch. The only thing you are billed for. A dial, a voicemail, a gatekeeper and a wrong number are never leads and are never billed.
Do you guarantee the opportunities, or just the leads?
Sentrama guarantees leads. The contracted unit is the lead, and it is the only thing you are billed for. What those leads become is decided by your pitch. The 45 per 100 figure is observed performance across more than 600,000 pitches, not a forecast.
Do I pay for a no?
Yes, and a no is worth having. Every channel charges you for results that go nowhere: the click that bounces, the form fill nobody gets to. This one comes with a named person in your ICP, a recording, the reason they gave and usually a date to go back. A no in March because the budget has gone is a call worth making in September.
How much follow-up does my team actually have to do?
At 150 leads a month, expect 68 opportunities, on average: roughly 22 SQLs and 46 MQLs. That is about three actions per working day, for as long as the campaign runs.
SQLs are the time-critical ones. A callback promised for Thursday is worth far less on the following Wednesday. If the volume outruns your capacity, start lower.
How does this compare with paid social and search?
Cheaper per lead than paid search, paid social, webinars and events. And not the same thing. Their lead is a form fill: a request to be contacted. Ours is a named person in your ICP who picks up the phone.
No auction either. Your price is fixed for the term, so a competitor entering your market cannot move it.

All figures are first-party Sentrama platform data, drawn from 5,000,000+ dials, and over 600,000 pitches delivered across 120 client organisations since February 2025. Opportunity rates are platform-wide observed averages, not a forecast. What those leads become is decided by your pitch.
