Sentrama vs Orum.

Orum pricing, answered. Then compare it with ours.

Orum is genuinely strong dialing infrastructure for large, phone-first enterprise SDR teams. Sentrama runs a different model: the leads and data are what you buy, pay as you go, the platform comes included, and teams run 15+ human connects an hour on our leads.

Orum pricing, July 2026.

Orum does not publish prices. Here is what the public record says.

Every plan on Orum's pricing page sits behind a request-pricing demo gate, and billing is annual only with a 3-seat minimum on both tiers, per their own site. The prices below are third-party estimates, attributed inline; the seat minimums and annual-only billing are published by Orum itself.

Here is their pricing. Straight answers, no demo wall.

The real questionSee what this pricing does not buy.The prices are real. So is the gap between them and a booked meeting.
Orum plans and estimated pricing, per public sources, July 2026
PlanPriceBasisThe fine print
LaunchDemo-gated. ~$250 per user per month (est., per CloudTalk Mar 2026 and Trellus Apr 2026)Per seat, billed annually only, 3-seat minimum (per Orum's own pricing page)Up to 5 parallel lines and 5 caller IDs per user per month, unlimited dials, analytics, Salesfloor and Boost Connect. No leads or data included.
AscendDemo-gated. ~$400 to $800 per user per month (est., per Trellus Apr 2026)Per seat, billed annually only, custom quoteUp to 10 lines, 10 caller IDs per user per month, international calling and 200 enrichment credits per month. The coaching suite and webhooks are gated to this tier.
AI Coaching add-on~$50 to $200 per user per month (est., per Trellus Apr 2026)Per seat, add-on to either planAI roleplay agents, scorecards and coaching portal. Some items listed as coming soon on Orum's own pricing page.
Implementation fee~$1,000 to $5,000 one-time (est., per Trellus Apr 2026)One-timeProfessional services and custom integration work billed separately.
Real-world contractsMedian $22,800 per year (est., per Vendr Feb 2026)Annual contract value across 88 anonymised purchasesRange $5,400 to $75,510. Negotiated per-seat rates run lower than list estimates, and 5 to 10% annual price rises are typical at renewal.

The maths a price-checker wants: the 3-seat minimum on Launch puts the floor near $9,000 a year even for a one or two rep shop, and a five-rep team on Launch commits roughly $15,000 a year up front, before onboarding fees, coaching add-ons and renewal rises. Vendr's transaction data puts the median real-world contract at $22,800 a year across 88 purchases (range $5,400 to $75,510). All annual, all committed before the first dial (Trellus, Apr 2026; Vendr, Feb 2026).

The fine print

  • Annual contracts only. There is no month-to-month option, so a team that churns off in month two still pays for twelve.

    Source: orum.com/pricing; trellus.ai, Apr 2026; titanx.io, 2026

  • 3-seat minimum on both plans, putting the realistic entry commitment at roughly $9,000 a year even for a one or two rep shop.

    Source: orum.com/pricing; trellus.ai, Apr 2026

  • No list prices anywhere on the site. Quotes are demo-gated, and negotiated contracts vary widely, from $5,400 to $75,510 a year.

    Source: orum.com/pricing; vendr.com, Feb 2026

  • No leads or lists included on any plan. Data enrichment is rationed to 200 credits a month, and only on the top Ascend tier; extra credits are a separate purchase.

    Source: orum.com/pricing, fetched Jul 2026; cloudtalk.io, Mar 2026

  • Key capabilities are tier-gated or add-ons: international calling, 10-line dialing, the coaching suite and webhooks need Ascend, and AI coaching is a separate per-seat add-on.

    Source: orum.com/pricing; trellus.ai, Apr 2026

  • One-time onboarding fees of roughly $1,000 to $5,000 and typical 5 to 10% annual price rises at renewal, per third-party analyses.

    Source: trellus.ai, Apr 2026; vendr.com, Feb 2026

  • Caller IDs are metered at 5 per user per month on Launch and 10 on Ascend, so heavy dialers who burn a number's reputation face a monthly cap.

The part nobody sells you.

Orum sells you a dialer.Connects start with the data.

In 2026 the gap between a dialer and a booked meeting is everything else. Cold-call connect rates have halved to 2.3 percent. iOS 26 screens unknown callers by default. A third of brand-new caller IDs get flagged before the first dial. Orum brings genuinely strong dialing, but no leads, no pickup-likelihood queue and no pre-dial screener stripping. Parallel power pointed at unvalidated numbers just reaches dead lines faster. A dialer alone does not survive contact.

What switchers say.

The themes that keep coming up.

Recurring themes in public reviews of Orum, 2024 to 2026. Paraphrased, not quoted.

Annual-only lock-in

Teams describe being stuck paying for a full year when the tool did not work out, because there is no month-to-month option or trial-to-paid ramp.

Seen across G2, Reddit, Capterra

The connect delay

Reviewers report a one to two second lag between a prospect picking up and the rep connecting, causing hang-ups and awkward openings; several call it a dealbreaker.

Seen across G2, TrustRadius

Numbers going spam-flagged

Users report numbers getting flagged as spam and connect rates declining over time at high volume, despite the built-in number-reputation tooling.

Seen across Reddit, TrustRadius

Enterprise pricing for small teams

Roughly $250 plus per user per month with a 3-seat minimum is repeatedly called enterprise pricing that is hard to justify for teams under about ten reps.

Seen across G2, Reddit, third-party 2026 reviews

It is a dialer only

No lead data, no email sequencing, no CRM: teams still need three or four more tools, and missing features is one of the most-tagged concerns in reviews.

Reliability and sync friction

Intermittent call-quality issues and CRM or sequencer sync hiccups that disrupt the workflow are a recurring note in reviews.

Where Orum genuinely wins.

  • Mature, high-throughput parallel dialing infrastructure: up to 10 simultaneous lines, in-call detection of voicemails, dial trees and screeners in 20+ languages, and international calling to 160+ countries.
  • Team-selling and manager tooling at scale: the virtual Salesfloor with live listen-in and whisper, plus AI scorecards and roleplay agents, suits large SDR orgs that coach constantly.
  • Deep, established integrations with the enterprise stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot and Apollo, with advanced roles, permissions and webhooks for ops teams.

If you are a phone-first enterprise SDR org of roughly ten or more reps, already running Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, with your own data pipeline, a need for international dialing across 160+ countries and the budget for a $30K+ annual contract, Orum's dialing infrastructure, Salesfloor culture tools and coaching suite are genuinely best-in-class. Stay.

It's been really great working with the Sentrama team. From my initial conversations with Robbie, discussing what we're looking to achieve, to working with Ben and the SDRs, it's been a very smooth process. In fact they have overdelivered what we forecast for the PoC, so we're very happy. The key is constant communication both ways, which Sentrama do really well. I'd recommend them to any business looking for quality outbound outreach.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs).

The questions Orum switchers ask.

How much does Orum cost?
Orum does not publish prices; every plan is behind a request-pricing demo gate and billing is annual only with a 3-seat minimum. Third-party analyses estimate roughly $250 per user per month for the entry Launch plan and $400 to $800 for Ascend, plus a one-time onboarding fee and an optional AI coaching add-on. The 3-seat minimum puts the realistic entry commitment near $9,000 a year, and Vendr's transaction data puts the median real-world contract at $22,800 a year.
Can I use Sentrama alongside my Orum subscription?
Yes. Bring the exports from the stack you already run on Orum and we put them through any step of our pipeline, priced per record, with full platform access included. Many teams run Sentrama next to Orum and let the dashboard decide.
Do I have to cancel Orum to try Sentrama?
No. There is nothing to cancel on our side because there is no subscription. Many teams keep their Orum contract running during the 200-lead proof of concept and compare the two side by side.
How is Sentrama's pricing different from Orum's?
Orum is priced per seat: third-party analyses estimate roughly $250 to $800 per user per month, billed annually only with a 3-seat minimum, and quotes are demo-gated. Sentrama is priced per record: you pay for leads or for pipeline steps performed on your own data, and the platform, dialer, coaching, CRM and reporting come included. The full platform is free when you buy our data. No per-seat fees, no seat minimums, no multi-year contracts.
Where does your data come from, and is it GDPR and TPS compliant?
We supply pickup-scored UK, EU and US B2B data, sourced and processed in line with UK GDPR. UK numbers are screened against the TPS before any dial, and every record you buy has been validated for reachability before it reaches a rep's queue.
What happens on the demo?
We show you the platform working on a segment of your target market, and you watch the connects land on the dashboard. Bring your Orum exports if you have them and we will run the comparison on your own list. Your exact per-lead and per-record prices are confirmed during the demo.
