Sentrama versus Kixie.

Kixie is a CRM-embedded dialer with a stack of paid add-ons. Sentrama is a calling platform where the leads, the dialer and the coaching arrive together at one per-record price.

We used Sentrama for a 3 month period and seen good quality meetings booked which met or exceeded their contractual obligations, some of which have progressed into our pipeline. The team are great to work with and strive to learn/adapt to any feedback we gave them during the time we worked together.

It's been really great working with the Sentrama team. From my initial conversations with Robbie, discussing what we're looking to achieve, to working with Ben and the SDRs, it's been a very smooth process. In fact they have overdelivered what we forecast for the PoC, so we're very happy. The key is constant communication both ways, which Sentrama do really well. I'd recommend them to any business looking for quality outbound outreach.

The bill you're leaving.

What Kixie actually costs.

Kixie no longer publishes a single dollar figure on its pricing page, only plan names, so a buyer cannot compare without a sales call. Here are the tiers third-party analyses reconstruct, with every figure attributed and estimates flagged.

Here is their pricing, reconstructed. Straight answers, no demo wall.

The real questionSee what this pricing does not buy.The prices are real. So is the gap between them and a booked meeting.
Kixie plans and pricing as reconstructed on 5 July 2026
PlanPriceBasisThe fine print
Professional (entry tier)~$35/user/mo *per seat, annual prepay under 10 usersEntry CRM click-to-call and SMS. No power dialer. Kixie no longer publishes this figure; the estimate is from third-party analyses.Estimated: checkthat.ai (30 Mar 2026), justcall.io. Kixie's live page shows plan names only.
Single-Line PowerDialer (mid tier)~$65/user/mo *per seat, annual prepay under 10 usersAdds single-line power dialing. Sources range $60 to $65.Estimated: checkthat.ai (30 Mar 2026); cloudtalk.io (16 Apr 2026)
Multi-Line PowerDialer (top tier)~$95/user/mo *per seat, annual prepay under 10 usersMulti-line parallel dialing, up to 10 lines. AI Human Voice Detection is a further ~$30/user/mo add-on on top of this tier.Estimated: checkthat.ai (30 Mar 2026); dialpad.com
Essential add-ons~$20 to $50/user/mo each *on top of every seatAI Human Voice Detection ~$30/user/mo, ConnectionBoost local presence ~$50/user/mo plus $1/number/mo, DNC compliance ~$20/user/mo, Conversation Intelligence custom-priced.Estimated: checkthat.ai (30 Mar 2026)
EnterpriseCustom, quote-gatedper seat, custom contractShort-code texting is reportedly enterprise-only.justcall.io/hub/cost/kixie-pricing

Third-party analyses put the real fully-loaded seat at $109 to $220 per user per month once the essential add-ons are stacked, 50 to 200% above the headline tier (checkthat.ai, 30 Mar 2026). Kixie no longer publishes any dollar figure on its pricing page, so the only way to confirm your number is a sales call.

Before you close the tab

That rents you an empty dialer. Nobody answers an empty dialer.

Seats, add-ons, annual prepay, and the leads are still yours to source, unscored. Sentrama brings the data with the software and points the whole chain at the number below.

The fine print

  • Pricing is quote-gated. Kixie removed the dollar figures from its pricing page, so you cannot compare tiers without contacting sales.Source: cloudtalk.io/blog/kixie-pricing (16 Apr 2026); justcall.io
  • The headline features are paid extras. AI human detection, DNC compliance and ConnectionBoost local presence each carry a per-user fee on top of the seat, which is what turns a ~$65 headline seat into a reported $109 to $220 loaded.Source: checkthat.ai/brands/kixie/pricing (30 Mar 2026)
  • Month-to-month billing is reportedly restricted to teams of 10+ users. Smaller teams prepay annually, with zero refunds after charges process and only a final-30-day downgrade window.Source: checkthat.ai (30 Mar 2026)
  • Auto-renewal is the dominant Trustpilot complaint theme, with customers reporting being renewed and charged unexpectedly.Source: trustpilot.com/review/kixie.com
  • Extra users and phone numbers cost extra, short-code texting is enterprise-only, and international calling and SMS are billed per minute and per message on top.Source: justcall.io/hub/cost/kixie-pricing
  • Volume discounts of a reported 24 to 43% exist at 15+ seats, but the thresholds are undisclosed, so your leverage depends entirely on negotiation.Source: checkthat.ai (30 Mar 2026)

Compliance.

A model picks the calls.A human makes them.

Every word your prospects hear comes from your reps, in their own voice. AI call screeners are identified and stripped before your rep ever dials, they never make the list. Dialing is designed around TCPA (US) and PECR (UK) from the start.

Compliance-first dialing designed to TCPA (US) and PECR (UK)Real human reps on every call. No AI voices, everUK numbers screened against TPS before any dial
Why calling teams leave.

You typed "Kixie alternative" for a reason.

Three converging reasons drive the search. Cost: an opaque, quote-gated seat plus an add-on menu that pushes a ~$65 headline to a reported $109 to $220 loaded, with annual lock-in and auto-renewal surprises. Reliability: dropped calls and glitchy audio are the most-cited switch trigger. And category: Kixie is a dialer you point at your own lists. It does not bring the leads. Recurring themes below are paraphrased from public reviews, 2024 to 2026, not quoted.

Dropped calls and glitchy audio

Reliability issues that disrupt longer conversations, alongside a flaky mobile app, are the most-cited reason teams switch away.

Seen across Aloware and Dialpad comparisons, Capterra and G2 reviews, 2025 to 2026

Costs double once add-ons stack

Users report total spend doubling or tripling versus the headline seat once AI detection, DNC and ConnectionBoost are added, and the opaque pricing page makes it hard to see coming.

Seen across Reddit, checkthat.ai, cloudtalk.io, 2026

Support is thin

No phone-based support and no weekend availability, with slow or unanswered tickets that hurt most during onboarding.

Seen across G2, Capterra, 2025 to 2026

Auto-renewal and billing disputes

Unexpected renewals and difficulty getting refunds, the main driver of the complaints on Kixie's 3.8/5 Trustpilot profile.

Seen across Trustpilot

Numbers flagged as spam

Caller IDs get labelled 'Spam Likely' under volume. Kixie's own guidance caps outbound at roughly 100 to 150 calls per number per day, which pushes teams toward the paid ConnectionBoost add-on.

Where Kixie genuinely wins

If you already live inside HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, own your lead lists, and want a tightly integrated click-to-call and SMS dialer with automation, stay on Kixie, especially at 10+ seats where you can unlock month-to-month billing and negotiate volume discounts. It is the teams whose bottleneck is sourcing leads, or squeezing the maximum connects an hour out of a cold list, who feel the add-on stacking and the empty-dialer gap and start searching for an alternative.

You didn't search for an alternative by accident.

You're already comparing Kixie against something better. Book a demo and watch your reps hit 15+ human connects an hour, or start with a 200-lead proof of concept.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs).

The questions Kixie switchers ask.

What is the best Kixie alternative for outbound calling?
It depends on your bottleneck. If you already have good lead lists and just want a click-to-call dialer inside your CRM, most dialers are similar. If your problem is reaching enough live humans, Sentrama is built differently: the leads come with the software, every record is scored for pickup likelihood before a rep dials, and the parallel dialer, AI-screener removal and voicemail skipping are included rather than sold as add-ons. Teams run 15+ human connects an hour on our leads.
Do I have to cancel Kixie to try Sentrama?
No. Keep your Kixie subscription and run both. Many teams try Sentrama on the 200-lead proof of concept while Kixie is still live, side by side on the same market, and let the dashboard show which one lands more connects and meetings. You decide with the numbers in front of you, not at renewal.
How is Sentrama's pricing different from Kixie's?
Kixie charges per seat, and its headline features are stacked add-ons: AI human detection, local-presence caller ID and compliance each carry their own per-user fee, and small teams prepay annually. Sentrama charges per record: you buy pickup-scored leads or individual pipeline steps pay-as-you-go, and the platform, dialer, coaching, CRM and reporting come with the work. The full platform is free when you buy our data. No per-seat fees, no seat minimums, no multi-year contracts, no add-on menu.
Does Kixie include leads or data?
No. Kixie is a dialer and SMS layer you point at contact lists you bring from your own CRM. It does not source B2B leads, enrich phone numbers or supply pay-per-lead data. That is the single biggest difference: with Sentrama the pickup-scored leads arrive with the platform, so you are not paying per seat for an empty dialer.
Where does Sentrama's data come from, and is it GDPR and TPS compliant?
We source and verify B2B contact data ourselves, score every record for pickup likelihood, and strip AI screeners before a rep ever dials. UK numbers are screened against the TPS before any dial, and processing is designed for GDPR and PECR compliance.
